Energy Tax Credit

As you already know, the Stimulus Bill - known as The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 - was signed into law on February 17, 2009. The bill extends and modifies the tax credits for qualifying products as established in the Energy Tax Policy Act of 2005.

Results are already adding up. Americans, with the help of ENERGY STAR, saved enough energy in 2008 alone to avoid greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to those from 29 million cars — all while saving $19 billion on their utility bills.
